Healthy mission requires more than passion. It requires systems that can carry vision forward over time. I work with organizations to design, improve, and steward the systems that support growth, follow-up, fundraising, and long-term sustainability without losing clarity or trust.
For nearly two decades, I’ve served in missions, focusing on communications, recruiting, and mobilizing people into long-term ministry in Mexico and around the world. Over the past 10 years, that work increasingly led me into deeper systems and CRM work, particularly in HubSpot, helping mission-driven organizations grow with focus and follow-through. That combined journey has shaped how I work today, grounded in the heartbeat of ministry while building the systems that allow it to scale sustainably.
For the past decade, I’ve worked extensively in HubSpot, supporting teams with CRM structure, workflows, reporting, and ongoing system stewardship. I tend to operate in the space between strategy and execution, helping teams not only build systems, but actually use them well over time as organizations grow and change.
My aim is simple: to help organizations build platforms that stay usable, trustworthy, and aligned with their mission over the long haul.
